I am Corrective Exercise Specialist, Personal Trainer & Sports Coach registered in Australia and a NASM Nutritional Coach with a degree in Journalism.
I live and teach by the belief that exercise is the best way of maintaining mental and physical wellbeing, and my vision is to get people around the world to move more, eat better and feel their best, that’s why I use my fitness knowledge and journalism skills to create educational content to reach and inspire more people.
I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients in different ages, with different goals such as Weight Loss, Muscle Gain, Corrective and Post-Rehabilitation Exercise and Performance, in different kind of environments: gyms, outdoors, home set ups, and online training. I have an advanced knowledge in injury prevention and make sure my clients achieve their goals in the safest, quickest and most effective manner possible with long-term results.
